Over Night Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup whole grain oats (with germ brand and endosperm)
  • 4 cups water or plant-based milk
  • Dash of salt
  • Fruit (fresh, dried, or pureed)
  • Nuts
  • Honey
  • Cinnamon
  • Seeds

Directions:

  • Grease inside of slow cooker
  • Add oats and web ingredients; mix well
  • Cook on low setting for 7-8 hours (adjust as necessary)
  • Optional: use an Instapot
  • Instead of slow cooker – turn on first thing in the morning d cook for 25 minutes
