- 3/4 cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F
Step 2: Wash 3/4 cup of Raw Pumpkin Seeds to remove fibers.
Step 3: Grease medium baking sheet with 1 tsp oil.
Step 4: Spread aw pumpkin seeds evenly on a medium baking sheet.
Step 5: Sprinkle with Kosher Salt
Step 6: Bake until golden brown (about 15 minutes depending on size of seed), stir occasionally
Step 7: Let cool
Step 8: Enjoy!
