Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

What better way to start your Sunday morning than with banana pancakes!?!  Bananas are packed with essential vitamins, minerals and nutrients. The potassium found in bananas are important for heart health and can regulate blood pressure levels.


  • 1 Banana
  • 2/3 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 1/2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil


Step 1: Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth. 

Step 2: Add olive oil to a griddle or large nonstick pan. Have stove at a medium heat.  Add pancake batter to griddle 1/3 cup at a time. Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and tiny bubbles appear around the edges. 

Step 3 : Flip and cook other side for 2 more minutes

Step 4: Serve pancakes with fresh blueberries and drizzle pure maple syrup.
