I believe that health is achieved when one is able to find balance in one’s life. Just as nature is able to balance what occurs in each season with the end of one season transforming into the beginning of the next; we too can balance what goes on in our lives from work to play; rest to exercise; choice of diet; and expression of emotions. Each phase of our lives begins to build on the next. With balance these transformations become harmonious and provide us with health and longevity. Through the use of Traditional Chinese medicine, diet, exercise and lifestyle management, I work with individuals to help them live their life in balance and to its’ fullest potential.
