Fruit, yogurt, and granola; the perfect combination of quick and healthy foods. This keeps you energetic throughout the day and packs easily into a snack container. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • Plain dairy-free yogurt
  • Gluten-free granola
  • Oranges
  • Apples
  • Raisins
  • Pistachios

Directions

  1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the yogurt evenly across the baking sheet.
  3. Cut toppings to the desired size.
  4. Place toppings over the yogurt.
  5. Drizzle with honey.
  6. Freeze for at least 3 hours.
  7. Cut into pieces.
